Dipna Anand Cooks Live With Retigo @ HRC 2025

The atmosphere was electric as visitors gathered to watch Dipna showcase her culinary magic alongside our very own Executive Chef Phil and her talented Chef Henry.

Dipna, known for her passion for authentic cooking and her engaging personality, captivated the audience with her energy and enthusiasm. From the very first sizzle to the final plating, she demonstrated her incredible skills, creating an array of mouthwatering dishes that delighted everyone watching. The tantalising aromas filled the air as she expertly used our Premium Combi Oven, a piece of equipment she absolutely loves.

The menu for the day was nothing short of spectacular, featuring some of Dipna’s signature dishes. She kicked things off with her famous Cheat Butter Chicken, a rich and indulgent dish that delivers bold flavours with minimal effort – a true crowd-pleaser. Next up was the Chilli Cheese Toast, a deliciously crisp and cheesy delight with just the right amount of spice to awaken the taste buds.

For those who love grilled delicacies, Dipna showcased her Tandoori Masala Lamb Cutlets, packed with aromatic spices and perfectly charred for a smoky, mouthwatering finish. The Malai Chicken Tikka followed, offering a creamy and mildly spiced alternative, with succulent pieces of chicken cooked to perfection. And, of course, no feast would be complete without a classic – her Vegetable Samosas, golden and crispy parcels filled with a deliciously spiced vegetable mixture that had everyone reaching for more.

Throughout the session, Dipna shared insightful cooking tips, engaged with the crowd, and exchanged laughs with Phil and Henry, making it an unforgettable experience for all. Her expertise, combined with the dynamic teamwork on display, truly brought the joy of cooking to life.
