Retigo Vision 2011 combi ovens are best suited for 400–600 meal per day operations. The size of the gastronorm container is GN 1/1, or 530×325 mm. One of the fundamental accessories for this combi oven is a cart. Along with this size combi oven, customers can also purchase a variety of accessories, such as a spare trolley and equipment for serving food in a banquet style. A boiler or an injection steam generation system is available. Gas or electricity is the source of heat.
